Who they are
Arawaya is my wellness practice for women and men in transition. I blend Reiki, sound healing, and sacred circles with the ancestral wisdom of the Taíno, the Indigenous people of Puerto Rico. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and spirit, and remember who you are underneath the roles you carry. I offer it in English and Spanish, so people can heal in the language of their heart.
