Integrated Healing

Integrated Healing offers Art Therapy, Somatic Healing, Breath and Meditation and events to individuals in South Florida who are looking to deepen their connections to their bodies and themselves through creative and holistic ways. My name is Carolina Cordovez, I am the owner and facilitator at Integrated Healing. I am an art therapist and am passionate about creating safe and supportive environments for those who are looking to heal and connect further with their bodies. Through individual therapy, events and community groups I use various healing modalities to help you truly heal from your trauma, anxiety, low self esteem leading you to feel lighter, more connected and confident with yourself.
